Confidential employer is hiring a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to help connect South African professionals with international capital projects. This role will largely support our consulting business, focusing on programme, project and construction management talent for semiconductor, data centre and energy builds.
If you enjoy understanding what someone has actually delivered, finding the right people for demanding briefs and keeping a recruitment process moving, this is an opportunity to put that judgement to work. The emphasis is on thoughtful delivery, accurate representation and relationships, rather than simply sending more CVs.
Role Responsibilities
Translate hiring briefs into clear search criteria, distinguishing essential project experience from transferable skills.
Map talent markets and source programme, project and construction management professionals.
Screen beyond job titles: establish sector exposure, project types and phases, responsibilities personally owned, and evidence of delivery.
Build qualified shortlists and accurate candidate submissions, identifying both strengths and gaps.
Manage candidate communication, interview coordination and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Capture consent, availability and relevant mobility information accurately.
Support offer and start coordination, maintain accurate Loxo records, and follow through on outstanding actions.
Experience Requirements
Recruitment delivery experience, ideally within construction, engineering or another technical discipline.
The ability to ask detailed questions, assess experience and explain why a candidate fits a particular brief.
Strong sourcing, talent mapping and written communication skills.
Excellent organisation and candidate relationship management, with reliable follow-through while working remotely.
Exposure to semiconductor, data centre or energy projects would be advantageous. Experience across all three is not essential; curiosity and the ability to learn unfamiliar project environments matter.
Education Requirements
Demonstrated recruitment capability and relevant practical experience are the focus, rather than a specific degree.
