About the role

Introduction

A large-scale advanced manufacturing construction programme is seeking a Civil, Structural and Architectural Project Manager / Superintendent for an on-site contract opportunity in Lafayette, Indiana. This priority role suits a CSA construction leader who can manage safety, scope, schedule, quality, subcontractor coordination and close-out in a demanding site environment.

Role Responsibilities

The role will provide owner-side CSA leadership across construction execution, field coordination, safety, quality, schedule control, documentation and turnover.

Lead CSA safety performance and hold subcontractors accountable for safe execution

Define and manage CSA objectives across scope, schedule, site management, quality, logistics and change control

Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, design teams, project stakeholders and on-site representatives

Provide constructability input, review RFIs and change orders, and support practical design solutions

Maintain accurate site records, progress tracking, daily reporting, marked-up drawings and issue logs

Drive punch lists, commissioning support, validation, room readiness and final close-out

Experience Requirements

10+ years' project management or superintendent experience in CSA, industrial construction, engineering or comparable site environments

Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, manufacturing, oil and gas, or large-scale industrial projects preferred

Strong knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction principles, site logistics, quality and applicable safety standards

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, single-line diagrams and project specifications

Strong Primavera P6 capability, including schedule development, logic sequencing, progress updates and critical path analysis

Proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills in multidisciplinary construction environments

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred

Equivalent hands-on construction and project leadership experience will be considered
