Introduction
A respected construction management consultancy is seeking a confident Construction Manager to own major scopes on complex on-site projects across the US. This role will suit someone who can drive delivery, manage interfaces, and keep cost, schedule, and quality under control in a fast-moving environment.
Role Responsibilities
The Construction Manager will lead day-to-day delivery across major work packages, coordinating contractors, technical teams, and site stakeholders to keep the project moving. The role requires practical judgement, strong communication, and the ability to drive decisions on site.
Manage GCs and major subcontractors including electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and controls
Oversee MEP coordination and BIM clash resolution
Drive the master schedule and lead risk mitigation actions
Manage change orders, cost tracking, and forecasting
Ensure compliance with owner technical standards, including Tier III/IV expectations
Coordinate closely with IT, network, and security teams where required
Experience Requirements
5+ years of experience in construction management, project management, or a closely related discipline
Proven ability to manage major scopes, contractors, and subcontractors on complex projects
Strong understanding of schedule management, commercial controls, and change management
Experience coordinating MEP-heavy environments and resolving technical interfaces
Data centre, mission-critical, or similarly complex construction experience is preferred
Education Requirements
BSc, BTech, or diploma in the built environment preferred
Equivalent practical experience may also be considered
