Who employs the people?

For managed teams and contract staff, Truffle arranges employment, payroll, HR, tax and compliance. We confirm the local employment arrangement for onsite engagements. You direct the work. For permanent search and RPO, you employ the people.

How soon can a team start?

Remote teams can start within weeks of the brief. We confirm onsite lead time per project. You interview the shortlist and choose.

When do candidate checks happen?

After you meet a candidate, we verify qualifications and relevant professional registrations. Background checks, drug screening and technical assessments follow your role and site requirements.

Who do I deal with day to day?

You direct your team day to day. Engagement Managers help the team start, support performance management and meet with consultants to keep work on track.

Can the team work from an office?

Yes. We arrange in-person workspace, including co-working or a dedicated office. We agree the location and requirements with you. Workspace is quoted separately.

Can the team grow later?

Yes. Adding people uses the same process and the same rate structure, without a new recruitment cycle on your side.
