What we do

Recruit and assess
We recruit against your brief. After you meet candidates, background checks, drug screening and technical assessments follow your role and site requirements.
Arrange employment and payroll
We manage contracts, payroll, HR and compliance under the employment arrangement agreed for the destination.
Handle visas and travel
We handle visa and work-authorisation arrangements, travel, lodging and board. Destination requirements and lead time are confirmed before mobilisation.
Equip and onboard
Each team receives an office in a box with the IT equipment needed for a secure working environment. Bespoke onboarding covers your project information and site requirements.
Support and manage
Engagement Managers help the team start, handle performance management and meet with consultants to keep work on track.
Find replacements when needed
If someone leaves, we find a replacement through the same assessment and checks. You approve who joins.

Who employs the people?

For managed teams and contract staff, Truffle arranges employment, payroll, HR, tax and compliance. We confirm the local employment arrangement for onsite engagements. You direct the work. For permanent search and RPO, you employ the people.

What does the monthly rate include?

Compensation, an annual performance bonus, benefits, a laptop and connectivity, HR, payroll, compliance, operational support and our management fee. One figure per person per month.

What is not included?

In-person workspace is arranged and quoted separately. Onsite mobilisation is also quoted separately, per project.

Do you charge a recruitment fee?

Recruiting is inside the monthly rate on managed and on-site teams. Permanent search, where the person joins your payroll, is a separate service with its own fee.

How soon can a team start?

Remote teams can start within weeks of the brief. We confirm onsite lead time per project. You interview the shortlist and choose.

When do candidate checks happen?

After you meet a candidate, we verify qualifications and relevant professional registrations. Background checks, drug screening and technical assessments follow your role and site requirements.
